Employees and spouses/domestic partners can complete activities to help you thrive and earn rewards, including a credit toward your 2024 medical plan.
The deadline for earning rewards is August 31, 2023.
Choose from a variety of opportunities to be well physically, emotionally, financially and socially. You can complete and record activities on the U.S. Well-Being platform through WebMD, online or with WebMD’s Wellness at Your Side app.
Get started right away, so you can focus on your well-being throughout the year. A good place to begin is by taking 15 minutes to complete your online health assessment. If you haven’t already, sync your fitness device/app with the platform to track your steps and other exercise. You could also set up your first session with a health coach and care for your emotional well-being with eMindful and Total Brain. If you receive your free flu shot and COVID vaccine/booster, record that too.

Helping you and your family thrive
AECOM is committed to providing you with the resources you need to be safe, healthy and well — so you can thrive at work and in your personal life. We believe that when you feel your best, you can bring your best to everything you do.
Everyone can (and should) join in!
Even if you don’t currently have AECOM medical coverage, we encourage you to participate in the U.S. Well-Being program so you can benefit from opportunities to be well and earn rewards. Also, if the unexpected happens and you need to elect AECOM medical coverage in 2024, you can receive the well-being credit only if you earn 100 points by August 31, 2023.
If you are a new employee hired on or after June 15, 2023, or on an international assignment or leave of absence on or after June 15, 2023, you and your covered spouse/domestic partner will automatically qualify for a well-being credit on your 2024 medical plan contributions. Similarly, if you add a newly eligible spouse or domestic partner to your medical coverage on or after June 15, 2023, they will automatically qualify for a well-being credit on your 2024 medical plan contributions. However, you (and your spouse/domestic partner) can still take advantage of the U.S. Well-Being program and earn other valuable rewards.
