U.S. corporate and DCS exempt/salaried employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off (FTO).
Under AECOM’s FTO policy, you decide when and how much paid time off to take (no maximum), as long as you are on track to meet your performance goals and have your manager’s approval.
FTO replaces sick days, floating holidays and vacation. It is distinct from other AECOM leaves but can be used to satisfy the elimination period for short-term disability (STD) leave.
U.S. non-exempt, AFS, Construction Management and collectively bargained employees are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO).
