Five to Thrive Nutrition Challenge
- Registration dates: November 21 – December 7
- Challenge dates: November 30 – December 20
- The challenge: Track your fruits and vegetables intake every day of this 21-day challenge and indicate that you had 5+ servings of fruits and vegetables a day for at least 14 of those days.
Stress Less Challenge
- Registration dates: February 8 – 22
- Challenge dates: February 15 – March 14
- The challenge: Track your relaxation activities for at least 21 out of 28 days, spending 5 or more minutes a day on relaxation activities for at least 14 of those days.
The Invitational Team Steps Challenge
- Registration dates: April 12 – 25
- Challenge dates: April 26 – May 30
- The challenge: Join a 5-person team and compete against another 5-person team each week for 5 weeks. The team that tracks the most steps each weeks wins. Complete four of the five weekly challenge rounds to complete the challenge and earn your points.
Rethink Your Drink Challenge
- Registration dates: July 12 – 26
- Challenge dates: July 19 – August 15
- The challenge: Track your drink choices for at least 21 out of 28 days, replacing sugary beverages with water for at least 14 of those days.
