- Your Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contributions stop when your employment ends. You may submit claims for eligible expenses incurred through your date of termination. You have 90 days from your date of termination to submit a claim for reimbursement of those expenses.
- Per IRS rules, pre-tax Commuter Benefit balances are forfeited when your employment ends. This means that you will no longer be able to use the funds in your commuter account once you are no longer an AECOM employee.
